Online check-in needs to be improved. I had pictures of everything I needed to upload but you have no option to upload pictures already taken, only live pics. The keys ended up in the ignition after taking the odometer photo when the doors were locked. U-Haul roadside assistance sucks! Called a local tow truck to assist, since the representative at this location had no desire to assist us with this issue either. Will use another location in the future.SCOTTW P.
I think your fuel policy is very misleading and unfair. When I picked up the truck it was 1/8 full. Trying to figure how much fuel I would use so I returned it at the same level but didn't run the risk of running out of fuel is difficult and not great customer service. I returned the truck with 3/8 of fuel. You would have charged me had I returned it empty... but I didn't receive a credit for the extra fuel I left in the tank. This is the kind of annoying policy that would make me, and I suspect others, look for a different truck rental company.guy R.

Went in at 12:30 as discussed to pick up a 15' truck. It took 40minutes to sign up and pick it up because the system was so Slow. I was the only one there. I tried to buy boxes. The agent asked me if I can do it on a seperate transaction...... 15minutes later the system never went through ans I couldn't purchase anything. I had issues with my building manager because we booked the service elevator for 3 hours... Well this whole process ate up 30% of that time.... I will not return, I will make sure to purchase accessories elsewhere and not return to this location.... I'd be there for 2 hours if there was 2 people ahead of me. Thankfully not.Jerrod Z.

The gentleman you have working at this location, on July 26th at 4:30 absolutely does not know how to use the computer system that has been put in place by U-haul and made numerous errors, while implementing our information, increasing our pick-up time to 40 minutes. Additionally at one point he was going to overcharge us triple the price and when asked why the price was so high, he said he didn't know and to just pay it. I requested he call an actual U-haul representative for clarification, and he was advised by the U-haul agent that he charged us for an out of town trip, and the U-haul agent was able to correct his error and reduce the price. Additionally the gentleman helping us was visibly annoyed with everything, as he was rolling his eyes and making sighing sounds while he was "helping" us. We also had to drive 40 minutes to pick up the U-haul, which is a bit much and another 30 to drop it off, which also we were told to drop it off at the wrong location. Entire rental experience was a nightmare. Would not do it again with U-haul .nicole M.

Confirm the appointment more than. 2 hours ahead of time. If you are switching pick up locations let the location know with proper time so they are not scrambling. Location was great, UHual corporate was a disaster, not only did it change, was confirmed WAY too late and scheduler had no idea about area or times. Had to call 3 different numbers to even SEE if possible to getting the truck to original location given the new location was only 2 km away.Artur B.

Even though I pre-registered before I came to pick up the vehicle, the owner had difficulty processes the paperwork and it took me 20 minutes to get out of the lot. Also, I don't see any note in my final bill about getting credited for the amount charged. I was under the miles that I paid for. Also, my confirmation was for a location a lot closer to my home, so I was surprised when this lot called me from the opposite end of the city. He said he could do something with the KMs, but never did?!Mark K.
