I rent a truck and picked on 3:00 pm, after 6 hours, I returned it on 9:00 pm, when the store was closed, so I dropped the key into the â€˜key drop' box. On the next day 1 pm, I received the email receipt from UHAUL, I was told I had been changed for TWO DAYS rental because my return time is the next day 1 pm!! I sent a email to UHAUL, but 5 days passed, I did not received any reply, I still waiting and waiting and waiting.......Qian C.

The blankets I ordered were not there. The customer service guy was really rude! He kept asking for my drivers license when I was not the driver. Kept asking where the driver was and I told him he would be here soon. He walked away from us and did not say thank you for dealing with us. HE JUST WALJED AWAY AND STARTED TO SERVE ANOTHER CUSTOMER. WE WERE NOT AWARE HE EVEN FINISHED WITH US. WE JUST STOOD THERE FOR A COUPLE OF MINUTES UNAWARE OUR TRANSACTION WAS COMPLETED. He had no personality! Was overcharged for insurance I declined multiple times (as clearly shown on the booking online). When I questioned the location about the charge they agreed with me that it was incorrect, but that I had to can the general UHaul phone number. Spent well over an hour on hold before I spoke with anyone on the general line, and then when the UHaul rep phoned the location to confirm the billing mistake they apparently lied and said I requested it in person - I did not. I was never asked about insurance in person. Problem still has not been resolved.Landon Y.
please do not go to this locaiton! you will save not only your money but also your life, just don't go. I have rented a truck from this location going one way to toronto. First, the back truck is frozen, ask them for help, young guys said just kick on the truck( shocking), and the guy forget to put the dolley into the truck before I pick up the truck. Then the battery is dead, so they have to come over and jump start the truck, I was worried about this then been told the Truck has been inspected by U-haul specialist the day before delivery, it must be someone left the light on and killed the battery. If it ever dead again, I should call U-haul instead talking to them. after the Truck started, the engine light came up, now i'm really worried. the young guy told me nothing will happen just drive. If it broken, just call U-haul and they will come fix it. this truck had 3 dead battery during my trip and the service light came up force me to to drive at max 40km/hr to drop off location and it's shaking the shit out of my life. Luis is a good guy to talk to, at least he cared about relationship , others I dont know.Jinyang D.

You charged me for two extra days becuase i returned it where i got it and not in another city where the order said., I would drop off there becuase i would be 30 minutes away from my vehicle. Currently in a dispute with Uhaul head office about this.Mark H.

Tell your customer that you will charge them for fuel and how to avoid this charge. The trick was given to me with an 1/8th of a tank and I returned it with an 1/8th of a tank and I was charged $61.00.Marrissa M.

I asked the two guys to come do the inspection particularly for gas and mileage and damage. They both refused stating it would be done in the morning. I voiced that I was concerned about the gas because I just filled up to the 3/8 mark and also took a picture and didn't want to be charged extra and they said "DON"T WORRY we won't charge you extra". They both seemed too preoccupied with cleaning up so they could close (I was there before 6:30pm). As well I confirmed they would be reporting that I brought it back on time. The guy stated he would close it off before 24 hours was up and I had to remind him that I was returning the vehicle at 6:30 pm when it was required by 9am next day and I didn't want it too be reported late. I could not get a receipt either. Today I am being charged for additional gas when I have a picture proving as well as my son who was with me when I added gas to be at the 3/8ths amount I picked up at. Such poor customer service when they wouldn't even come so if there was a concern I could have gone back to Petro next door and added gas again.Pat R.
Over charged on the credit card. I need to get back my money .? I contacted the head office. They told me to contact you to settle the account error . Please look into this matter and return the over charged money back. I filled the full glass. Returned the vehicle good shape.Chacko P.
The trunk of the truck was covered in dust and debris we had to sweep it out so as not to get our belongings filthy. There were damages on the truck that were not logged (or marked by an X) and customers should not be responsible for logging these outstanding damages in your system through pictures when we are already on a time crunch with time limits on rentals.Sarah R.
I did not choose SafeMove but you charged me $15 anyway and it's too confusing to know how much fuel to put in the vehicle. I gassed it up before returning but you charged me again for fuel so it's kind of hard to budget with these surprise fees. We won't be renting U-Haul again sorry but I need to know what I'm spending. Especially in these covid times when I've lost my job.Gail R.

Pls continue to provide this pick up/drop off site; VERY convenient for us. So easy. Pro Oil employee was knowledgeable and so prompt and courteous. I definitely can't wait to rent another Uhaul as SO simple and affordable. When you move, it's expensive enough and UHaul elevated some of that stress! Thank you again.Clara M.
