I showed up to this location. My truck was not ready. It was covered in snow. They had other uhauls blocking mine so I couldn't even pull it out if I wanted to. The whole situation took 45 minutes which left me less time for my move. Absolutely unprofessional.

Emmanuel B.I had to wait for the oil change guys to deal with the clients who drove up to the door several times and help with oil changes wile I was being checked in and out. There wasn't any parking for the truck I rented when I dropped it off. The door of the truck wouldn't close properly and the guy there said try and close it harder but it never closed properly. I only needed the rental for a short time and just left it draftee for the day.
