Went to drop off the truck and no one was there. A sign on the door said back in 5 minutes, which they were not!

BILAL DThe signage as where to go - horrible. And it felt creepy. I am glad I brought someone else with me. He could not print out the receipt or tell me where I was dropping off the truck. He asked me to pick a location in Guelph - I'm not from Guelph, so how would I know? I just wanted to the closest drop off location, and he could not help me.
SUZANNE LPicking up through APP was terrible and took 45 min. But, the phone service and the drop off the key was excellent.
Christopher WThe pick up experience in London took over 30 minutes and the person did not seem to know what they were doing. I had provided complete information on the U-Haul reservation site along with uploading my drivers license and it seemed like there was a repeat of entering all this information.
