I was charged for 40 miles from the start and then made an extra trip. I was charged for the original 40 miles and then a grand total of 110 miles. The cashier at pitstop had no idea about uhaul transactions.

Richard B.Trucks are parked under a tree and the outside and windshield are dirty, trucks need carwash and vacuum and dust free in the inside. Instructions were followed in the app and when asked to go inside for the key, the attendant asked to see the truck number in the app but, that was gone from the app. i had to call customer center and after 10 minutes the attendant agreed to hand over the key.
