The service rep was not wearing a mask. When my husband complained about it, he didn't put one on or apologize. In Colorado masks are mandatory no matter what personal beliefs are, this is not okay!

I believe the fellow who took care of me was Brian. He was so helpful, patient and even kept his composure. When my husband had a meltdown because he'd just had 14 teeth pulled. He checked the truck in so quickly. So appreciate a mellow fellow. Paulette Staffey

You do very well to accommodate your customers. The only suggestion I would have is when people call to reserve a truck or locker, please let them know on the phone they will need 2 personal references. I didn't know and walked over to get the truck with no phone, only my wallet. This added about 2 hours to my day, going back and getting 2 numbers, then watch and realize I could have given any name and number and that would have been acceptable. If I can make up anything to get the form filled out, you have an unnecessary field on the form.

This location was great and very helpful! The complaints I have however are with scheduling. I scheduled a trailer weeks in advance for a Thursday evening pick up near me. However I received two different reservation changes notices, and the day before I'm supposed to pick it up they tell me I can't pick it up until the following day, and at a location an hour away. Everyone was very nice and helpful, however I had to move a lot of things around to make this work.

Stop giving customers the run around and the stress on rentals. only traffic person handling reservations is hideous controlling equipment. Let independent dealers rent out equipment they have on their lots on their terms. I went to Denver to purchase a truck only to find out no trailers where available so they said. I called every dealer I found and all said the same! They can't reserve equipment. I called Sunday morning and customer service person said they'd call me back with in an hour and that didn't happen. I drove to Longmont Co and saw 3 trailers on this lot but employees closed at 10:30 and not 1pm like Website said. But after calling customer service again about 3 trailers available she sent me to another dealer in Longmont where the gentleman I rented from was great! Him having a trailer available made my day and trip back home the same day with my new truck. What a hassle!

While the service was good I was very disappointed that this location has chosen not to wear masks or facial covering. Even with everything else being good I will not use this location again because of their choice not to wear masks.
