The gentleman that took the return of the truck, incorrectly input the amount of fuel I had in the truck on return. I was then charged an extra $55.20 for the fuel charge and the supposed 5 gallons of fuel it took to go from 1/8 of a tank of gas to 1/4. I was told I didn't have to stick around for the return and he would just email me the receipt, so I took a photo of the dash before I left, if I hadn't, I would have had to pay that extra money.TYLER W.
Check-in at the Terminal Road facility was quick and easy, experienced no mechanical issues with the equipment on the trip, and return process was just as quick and easy. Facility there is clean, well maintained, and there is more room on the grounds than some of the other franchises. Staff has a very positive attitude when interacting with customers as well.MICHAELCHARLES D.
The whole process was a mess. I got notified less than 24 hours that my pick up location changed and I had to go an hour away to get it, plus that place didn't open until 2 hours after the original reservation time. I stayed on hold for 30+ minutes only to learn my only option was to downgrade trucks. So we had to. My account was locked somehow and nobody could reset me so I stayed on hold to have it fixed while we waited at the site for pick up. The tank had less than 20 miles of gas in it when we got it. Once we started packing we realized it wasn't going to be enough space so we had to rent an additional trailer for the extra stuff that couldn't fit. About an hour later I got a call saying this item wasn't available within a 50 mile radius and my order was cancelled. Very frustrating experience for a very important moving day. Overall seemed like the company should have some inventory system to avoid this disaster.Haleigh B.

I can call the move from hell or a total nightmare. I was asked a dries of questions and explain I needed a truck large enough to accommodate 2 bedrooms, living room and odd items. They recommended a truck and when I showed up it was a 10 foot van which wasn't able to take all the items and I had to leave a sofa and several boxes and must incur double expense. I tried to get the truck changed but they felt it was too much work. Called the toll free number and also went nowhere. To add insult, the crew hired thru their site didn't show up and I had to run and look for help. I have warned friends, relatives and a group site, stay away from Uhaul as it is COVIDLuis Q.
An absolute nightmare. Your system recommended a small truck and. Tried changing to a bigger size but the employees said can't be done, called the toll free, same answer. Upon returning the truck snd equipment, the representative refused to help or show me how to remove the straps snd then we had to park the trailer. Despite having lots of open space, and I was driving the truck to unload, they refused to let me park the car in their lot and made me park inn the shoulder of a very busy highway. I told friends and relatives and sent emails to a large group urging them to avoid Uhaul as if it was COVIDLuis Q.

Better explain time estimates. I was renting a truck for the day but received a call that truck was overdue. I was planning on returning no later than 7PM at night (and verified closing time with clerk) but did answer yes that I hoped to be back by 4PM. Apparently after 4 PM I was considered overdue and subject to an additional late fee. I was not charged the late fee and while I would recommend UHaul I would warn friends about time estimates and to always go with latest possible time to avoid nonsense I went through.JOHN P.
I made only 30 miles during the rental of your truck. I put in 2.9 gallon of gas which should have been more then sufficient. When I retuned the truck your representative told me that should be more gas in, so he charged me $8.50 for 2 gallons. I don't think that track used 4.9 gallons for only 30 miles. Thanks.SASHA N.
