Didn't have peripherals ready, was told location was 24-7 and had to do things on mobile yet it was closed when I tried to return. Not clear where truck was initially. Mistakes were also made when I was transferred here can couldn't verify GPS because the old location was still in the system so had to call to have that fixed

Jenny DThe parking lot locks at 6pm, but Uhaul instructed me to return my truck at 6:45pm. My personal car was stuck in the lot the whole night. Customer service was rude and not helpful. Horrible experience.
Michael ALocation was closed for drop off, I had to call the after hours U-Haul representative who advised me to park on the street until the next morning. Fees were waived thanks to the representative but the location can do better to accommodate for its clients.
