It’s not the location, it’s the company. The hidden/ added fees are horrible. 19.95 my ass 130+ to move 9 miles. Never going to rent from U-haul again. I would rather walk with a shopping cart full of my belongings.

Actually just wanted to say how easy this was! The woman who helped me check in for my van (and I purchased a few boxes and tape) was so pleasant and helpful. She really made it easy and that’s so appreciated when you are in the middle of moving and all the stress from that. Drop off was just as easy. The man who checked me in ... same thing! This is a great location!

The location I originally choose to pick up the van was closed when I arrived at 11am. I called the number provided on the app and there was no answer, after 20 mins I called U-Haul who after on hold for 10 min referred me to the 2nd location. When I arrived there no one was at the counter to assist me. The employee was hanging in the van on the phone talking. I had to flag him to assist me at the counter.

The computer system for U-Haul count not change my reservation from a 15ft truck to a 10 ft truck. Using my phone I had to create an account, login and make the change while standing in front of the counter. This process took me 45 minutes, total waste of time

The U-Hal agent was rude and unhelpful.The guy with her who appeared to be an assistant of some kind was also rude and in fact menacing. He seemed to be trying to intimidate me for some reason. Bizarre and unforgettable. I have never received "service" as bad as this anywhere at any kind of facility.

I have no complaints. The best part about this location is the staff is seriously so friendly. Visiting this UHAUL always provides the kind of uplifting conversation with a stranger that keeps you going all day.

I was charged more than the online booking reservation stated and the drop off location was changed. In order to change it to the one i had originally picked, I had to make 7 phone calls to finally get in touch with the Orange County Traffic department for them to switch my drop off location. It was a hassle.

Inform on the website or reservation if facility will be closed before end of reservation time and can’t return it until next day instead of finding out there. Information on parking restrictions should be given during rental process. How are we supposed to know uhaul parking laws?

When I went to rent my uhual, the police showed up to this location. The only man that was attending the location started to get arrested as I was in the process of getting my uhual and then was left to fend for myself. Luckily I could do most on the app, but when it came time to get the keys, the police made me wait until they could try to get it for me. They couldn't find my key so they just gave me a different truck and then all my check in information was off and the truck I was given ended up being a much older model. I called U-Haul onsite and they did not have much to say about the ordeal. I informed them at the time of my new truck number but clearly they didn't correctly input it because I got a call the next day asking me what truck I had and why I didn't get the one I was assigned. Overall it was a very stressful and unsettling experience. Lastly, I rented a 9' cargo van online and it did not mention that I could not do long distance rentals with it (LA-->SD). I showed up having a bigger truck under my name and it ended up costing me more money. It needs to be made more clear that 9' are for local trips only on the website/not allow you to book it or at very least someone notify me prior so I know what to expect.

Unfortunately no dolly was available at the time that I rented the truck but the customer service and efficiency was excellent. Everyone I spoke to on the phone as well as in person was very helpful, knowledgeable and understanding, they made my experience a better one.

My appointment for pick up was at 9am. No one showed up until 10am. I was told I was not being charged the rental feeas compensation for their poor service. I was charged the rental fee, gas (even though I filled the gas back to exactly where I was required to do), and I was charged for 50 miles, when I only drove 18 miles. They are dishonest, unprofessional and make it a practice of being late and untrustworthy (according to another customer I encountered whilst waiting for someone to show up for work to give me my rental...) Completely unimpressed. When I called Uhaul 800 number I was blown off and not assisted. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Renting from this U-Haul was the worst customer experience of my life! When I called to book a truck Sunday morning, the woman that I talked to said that the earliest they could do was 4:15pm. That was fine with me because she said that I could do a late drop off. However, when I picked the truck up, the woman said that they don’t do late drop offs and I had to return it tomorrow from 9am to 4:15pm. I had to work in the valley the next day from 8am to 5pm, so this was the first time that this experience screwed up my plans. When I returned in the morning to drop the truck off, no one was there at 9am. I called the company and they said that they couldn’t do anything, so, “Just wait.” A half an hour passed and still no one showed up. I called again and received the same response. Finally, around 9:45am someone showed up and this was when the experience got really bad. A man unlocked the gate and when another customer that was waiting asked him what time they were supposed to open, he said, “It opens when I say it opens!” I think he scared her, so she left. I then approached him and asked if I could drop off the truck and he grabbed the keys from me and said that I was all set. When I asked him if I should sign anything, he aggressively said, “No!” I honestly felt like he was going to fight me. So to recap, I was lied to, had my plans screwed up, waiting way too long, and was treated with extreme hostility. I AM NEVER RENTING FROM U-HAUL AGAIN!

Not at this location, but your customer service. Make sure both customer and rep verifies the city in which to reserve the rentals. Cancellation wasn't done at one location.
