It's a liquor store, what can I say? Although the person I talked to was very helpful, and aided me where the U-Haul website failed me. The U-Haul website is the only way to rent a truck here, but the website is a joke. I filled out everything on-line, was told I was ready to go, but I couldn't get the truck. The liquor store person helped me past this hurdle. The website failed to allow me to return the truck. I turned on allow location for U-haul as instructed, but it still could not read the location, so I could not return the truck. I ended up having to chat with someone at U-Haul to tell them the truck was back. The person manning the liquor store when I returned didn't know anything about U-Haul.

KEITH HClaiming the vehicle using the app wasn't seamless. Had to uninstall and reinstall the app to show for my rental to show up. Also the dolly wasn't present even though I ordered one.
David WCheck-in / check-out through the Uhaul app was difficult...poor reception at this location made the app experience less than satisfying.
