Terrible experience from start to finish. I plan to file a SafeMove claim. Reserved equipment was clean and ready but no furniture pads were provided. The movers were early by two hours and pushy. Very aggressive about payment. Many items were damaged. Will not use Uhaul again.

These people are real assholes. They get smart and talk crazy to you, and have the nerve to put you out of their office if you respond. I tried to conduct business and wanted a print out of my bill when I returned the truck, they sent me an email instead and I can't open it. I was charged and outrageous price and I don't know what it is that has made my bill so high. They wouldn't go over the details of my bill with me after I had a confrontation with them. This plack has always been a disturbing place to do business with. They screw people over.
Very easy to rent from! THe counter staff was extra helpful, and the price was incredible fair.
Vehicle and extras were not ready when I arrived.. had to go to another location for dollies.
I was incredibly unhappy with the staff and the absolute disregard of Covid-19 regulations. I was in a small room with 3 guys who weren't wearing masks or social distancing- one had a cough. I asked them to put masks on when I needed to hand them stuff and the guy in charge told me, â€œNo, that's not going to happen.â€ A woman kept coming in next to me without a mask. This is a complete disregard of others who may be at risk if we get covid. If I didn't have to move that day, I would have canceled on them right then and there. Uhaul should be ashamed of their lack of PPE. I can only assume that the company isn't providing PPE and/or they haven't made slowing down the spread of this disease a priority at all. I called the governor of Kentuckyâ€˜s hotline for businesses who aren't following these guidelines, and I hope this place is held accountable.

Had 7 am pick up the manager came in with a bad attitude ask me what was i doing their i told him that i had a 7 am pick up he said we don't open till 9 am he was not happy . The truck had not been check it or clean I would not go back here
The staff at Classie knocked themselves out to help me after I had failed to properly make an online reservation, and I was in a spot. No problem! We've got you. Let's see what we can do.... And they got me a vehicle and I was on my way, and did not disappoint my client and the helpers who I had lined up who were waiting on me. Yay!
Kinda a rough neighborhood, but the employee were fantastic. Main issue was no onsite parking available...had to park my vehicle out on a street that was out of sight of Uhaul.

The online reservation and phone pick up is extremely duplicative, I entered the information with my reservation, then had to upload 100 photos and the same information again when i picked up. ridiculous. Also the 25$ O3 cleaning Service on the bill was not in the reservation. The fee was more than the $19.99, so you might want to mention in the reservation charge, that's even more ridiculous.
The location and truck availability was great but thats really all this place has going for it. The "lower" staff was friendly but the managers were surly and rude. I only realized who the manager was after he walked past me, then barked over his shoulder to follow him into a small office where he proceeded to grumbled at me from his unmasked face. Where to return the truck during business hours was not clear. I returned to a vacant business at 4pm and searched for the manager or someone to confirm the placement of my rental truck. After looking the abandoned property over, a woman popped out of their car wash to mock me sarcastically about the "big" sign that read "Uhaul overnight drop-off". Their operation felt very "Mickey Mouse" and half-assed. It's unfortunate that this location is so centrally located in Louisville because I'll be renting elsewhere from now on.
Truck was ready to go when I arrived. Friendly staff. Can't ask for anything more.
We returned U-Haul a day early. We unfortunately could not get the U-Haul website to cooperate. Since it was returned so early I thought we may get a small discount.
Not only was the original truck I reserved not available when I went to go pick it up, I had to wait longer for the next reservation to be available, had to pay more for a larger truck because the one I wanted wasn't available again and didn't receive the $50 reservation guarantee either.
The truck I had was not maintained very well. The steering seem to be extremely loose. I just felt that truck should no longer be on the road. The gentlemen that helped me was very polite and courteous and he was also very helpful. Except for the condition of the truck maintenance wise I would definitely recommend that location without any hesitation.
Very confusing where to leave the truck. Dolly I requested was not there. Also the mobile platform crashed when I was trying to return vehicle and prolonged the return process.
No gas cap on the truck, but that was the worst thing I had to deal with! Dan at Classie Car Care was very accommodating and helpful.
Inform customers that if they are dropping off after hours that they will be charged $25. Check vehicle to see that customers swept out truck and give credit. Our take all of those signs out of inside the truck. Thanks

A comment for Uhaul, not the locatoin. I received the car smelling of smoke, and cleaned it thoroughly, I returned it in better condition than I got it. I marked the box that said it was clean enough for another family to use, yet I was still charged a 20$ cleaning fee?!?!?!?!??!?!?
My experience was rather flawless. In and out with no problem.
None of the employees were wearing masks, which was frustrating since we were in a small office space to check out.
There were no issues with Classie Car Care, but I had to call the 800 number because I was sent an email stating I had to pick up from this location and a smaller truck then originally reserved. My complaint would be with two of the three customer service reps that handle calls on the 800 number. A male who said his name was Fin and the last female I spoke with. They were both incredibly rude and are lacking in customer service skills.
