I dropped the truck off Sunday morning after breakfast. I could not use the website or customer service to return it. The app wouldn't even work. Website kept saying unavailable and the customer service number kept hanging up on me. I sent an email the day after advising of this and I also called the drop off location and left a message. I then see today that I'm charged an additional $118 that includes two extra days!!! Days that I did not have the truck!!!! U stole money from me!!!Tania A.
This particular move was pricey. Over all was charged $115 for two trips that were made and wasn't provided the bigger truck that I had originally reserved.ALVIA T.

Terry was great!!! You are blessed to have him as part of your team. I was disappointed that I could not get the size truck I wanted. I also had to pay $28.00 for mileage because of shortage of trucks. I had to drive across town to pickup and drop off truck.GREGORY C.
Make sure you communicate and do your job correctly . I schedule to pick up the truck at 9 am after talking to someone on the phone. After I get there a person told me that they didn't open till 9:30 and that I should had received instructions to do a mobile check in . After calling U-Haul with no luck, I started chatting with a representative that told me I had to wait for someone at 9:30 because they did not do what they were supposed to so I could take the truck before opening. The vehicle I needed was not on the lot. So I was pressured to take a vehicle larger than what I need. We discovered that poor maintenance lead to an oil leak. I was charged for the second day eventhough I had no choice but to keep the vehicle until Roadside assistance was present.Vaughn P.

My truck had unsafe tire damage. The location staff was friendly and helpful but It was not the location I chose. When u-haul moved my location they set the pick up time for 30 minutes before the new location opened. And when I tried to call u-hauls number I was on hold for 25 minutes. The second time I called they never answered after 25 minutes. The entire pick up process took over an hour and a half. The truck was dirty, damaged, u-hauls 1800 number wouldn't answer in any sort of timely and helpful manner.Brett A.

I was pose to be in a different truck, then what truck I was in, so my mileage was off, & then when returning my mileage was still off so I had to have the man working at the counter retun my truck, then uhaul tried to charge me for gas even though I filled it back where it was. Besides that everything was okay! The man working at the counter was very helpful.Tyrone P.

I was given the wrong dolly and there were no blankets available. I received NO NOTIFICATION that blankets were unavailable at this location. I rented an Appliance Dolly but received a Utility dolly instead which made the move far more complicated. My dryer was modestly damaged when it slid off the dolly. If we had received the proper equipment this would have never happened. Ease of checking the truck In and Out was good at this location. But besides the accurate truck being available, the move was far more stressful than it should have been had we been provided the requested equipment.Kathy M.
I was told someone would reach out to me to talk about my experience, that did not happen. Not only is the quote given online extremely misleading, but the truck smelled like weed which has caused my belongings and families to smell. My original reservation was for a different location. But this original location's owner was not there upon our arrival. I called and told her I was going to be late and she informed me that she was leaving because she had a doctor's appt. Is she running a business or is this a hobby with benefits??? Two hrs later, after MUCH frustration, the U-haul rep on the phone got us into another location which was another 30 or 40 miles more driving miles. This was a bitch of an experience. Then upon returning your app wouldn't work...I couldn't upload the pics of the truck...talked to a lady. Then I'm told I might be charged $20.00 for not using the app even though YOUR APP was malfunctioning. I was told the Uhaul couldn't guarantee that I'd get my money back. NEVER USING UHAUL AGAINMary H.

My reservation was changed and it was of no fault of my own. I was told that if I need the truck just for a few hours longer than 24 that I had to do the two day rate. The never said I had to pay 99 cents a mile either. Also, the distance from where the truck was picked up from plus where they said I had to drop it was the reason I had like 80 miles added to the mileage. This is unfair and definitely not affordable nor approved to Bill my card for such outrageous prices due to poor business practice or slick and snakey ways to screw people out of money. I will be sure to complain to corporate and never use Uhual again. I asked for a different truck in another location even a larger truck. They said there was no more trucks for that day. What a bunch of bull shit. I want a refund!!!??julie D.
