Matt did an excellent job of providing me service today. I really liked how I could just hook up the trailer myself and I really appreciate how quickly the document handling process was. Renting here is a breeze and I will come back again if I ever need a tow dolly again. Thank you.

Glennisha B.pick up site was changed by U-Haul, which was communicated. Unfortunately the 2 doz blankets were not available at this site. Matt was willing to try to locate some for me buy time was an issue. Matt did have an appliance dolly. After using it on a couple things, it was put aside. It did not roll, actually did not roll...it had to be pushed. I would toss it. I used a friends. Matt at p/up site was great.
