TROY GWell the guy I talked to at or if he is at E blue lick. I will never do a online u-haul ever again. I was never told important information. Then I get there and don't know i would be charged taxes twice. So I was going from $103 to $118. And then get told that I would have to drop it off somewhere else which was different from where I picked it up at have only one car and would be left on the road since I would be dropping it at a different location from where I got it. And got told that wasn't his problem if I don't take it there. I should be receiving a fee charge to my account. I'm sorry but I'm a Woman I'm not going to be left on the side of the road without a way to my car cause it's 20 minutes away and I'm not walking to it at 7pm at night downtown. I will never do this ever again though online sites. I will only be going in person.
