Have advertised equipment at the rental location and have the keys where they are supposed to be for mobile/self pick up.
Hailey M.All my info said pick up at 9. Waited until 915 and had to knock on the home of the person who then claimed she didn't open until 10. Didn't have all the equipment we reserved. Place was a total mess. Computers didn't work, couldn't print out any documentation. Told us we could return it at this same place because turns out that was more convenient for us but then the other drop off location called and said not possible to change it. We were ok with paying the fee to take back to different location. No way on uhaul site to check it back in at return as it kept saying my session had expired on any browser/ phone I tried using.
