Note: this place does not actually want to accept Drop-Offs. I spent 20-30 mins waiting on the phone with Uhaul to try to change the reservation to West End Motors, but of course UHaul wasn't able to answer the phone, never mind actually help.

MANUEL M.Horrible experience as the app did not produce the correct information for a key code and the app would not accept the drivers license photo. Spend two hours trying to obtained our truck on the photo with customer service. I would never recommend U-Haul at this point. This has happened to us on several occasions with truck rentals in the recent past with trying to move. Also extends our moving days significantly.
Hayden P.The office REMAINED closed at my 0900 appointment, AND by the time I figured out how to rent/pick up vehicle online at 0954, AND when I returned vehicle same afternoon. The contactless return needs to offer option to document via pictures just like when rented. The renter should have option to show proof that truck was not damaged. Support at 888 phone number was helpful. If this rental site (Broad Way, Lovettesville, VA) is ONLY via online rental, uhaul website should clearly articulate it. The local phone number for Broad Way Lovettesville VA location was useless. Multiple (still) unanswered messages were left. Would never recommend this rental location AND would always recommend against it. Vehicle was clean and in great condition.
