All I did was a drop off did not talk to any one so I really can't tell you much on helpfulness
Daniel WI was given the option to do mobile pick up. When I arrived at the facility and did the whole process for mobile pick up, I was not given a code for the lock box for the key or anything. The only solution was to see a representative, but there wasn’t one. The place didn’t open until 10 despite the uhaul website saying 9 (which is when I was there to pick it up). I tried to chat with customer service who was very unhelpful and just told me to talk to the representative at the facility. I was put behind a whole hour after already having a time constraint for my move.

CHRISTOPHER WThe Internet was very weak and I needed it to access my truck. It took a VERY long time to get my truck, I wasted more than an hour on moving day.
