No one is around and the website/app is flakey .. so it was hard to have it confirm location and time of pickup needs to be correct. This location was 45 mins from my preferred location
Kenneth MIt wasn’t very clear where to park the truck and where to leave the keys. We had to search around where to leave them. I think it just needed more clear signage.
Luke CUhaul changed my pickup location to a place that was closed, when I chose a place specifically cause it was open at my requested pickup time. Mobile checkin is AWFUL and Tammy who was “assisgned” to my account was terrible and did nothing to try and help the situation. This location was 2 miles away from my requested location. Maybe next time, uhaul drives the truck down the street to be ready at the correct place/time.
Curtis RThe wrong key was in truck, They added blankets and now trying to charge me I only went 12 miles they arectrying to charge me 56.00 in gas...pick up on a Saturday and brought it back Saturday early evening Trying to charge over 300.00 for the rental. Never again ..
