It took so long to be able to physically initially pickup the truck that the person told us to bring the return the truck to the new location at a quarter of a tank (which is where it was when we got it) and the gas was on them. And now we are being billed for the gas, adding more trouble to the trouble we already had to deal with.

Fuel was at half tank on pick up. Bed of truck was not swept clean. Initial pick up location deferred me to Flagship Dr which they should have went to pick up and relocate if no one could be in office at time of pick up at Flagship Dr. Drop off location (Joan Ave) did not have anyone on site for return, and I returned it a day early, on Friday, during normal working hours. So, they probably did not receive in as early return, therefore I more than likely did not credited for returning early. With that said, I had no way to validate that vehicle was returned with more fuel than received.
gregory gFirst of all, the reservation was done for different location initially. Uhaul changed it to this location. Location was sketchy and not open upon arrival. Once picking up the truck, the equipment requested was not there. Lastly, upon returning the truck at the correct time. The owner over charged me a extra day. The amount of dissatisfaction and frustration is at another level.
Gabriel OIt should be clearly noted on the website that NOONE will be there to assist you and you MUSt use the Share app. And there isn't even a number to call posted - you can barely tell which office it is because it houses several other businesses in the same location. Also I did NOT want the $30 Safe Move and when I had to set up the Share account it added it to my original reservation which I did not have and didn't realize until after. This is was very frustrating experience and I won't use this location again, event though it is closest.
Brenda CHad made a reservation in the Wesley Chapel office to pick up a truck at 9am and, when we got there, we found out that the person who we spoke with to make the reservation had made a mistake and set the reservation at 9pm instead of 9am. We were offered no solution except going all the way to Tampa to pickup another truck since they didn’t have one available because of their mistake. The cherry on top is that we went to Tampa for them to tell us that they didn’t have any truck available and that we had to go to Lutz to pick one up there. You guys had us running around looking for a truck when it was your own mistake from the start.
