the trailer was not hooked on correctly and there was no one really to help us… we were able to figure it out but it could of been a dangerous situation

The parking was absolutely horrible. The key box was as not labeled or secured.

FREDERICK B.Set pickup for 8:00am and arrived on time but business didn't open until 9:00am. Also I paid an extra 10 dollars for moving blanket I never received. I had the drop off for 9:00pm but I dropped it off early around 2:45pm so I could avoid the after hour drop off fee and ask about the missing moving blanket, but they were once again closed.
