Middle of the day and they closed down. I understand leaving briefly but I showed up at 1:20 and the sign said they would be back at 2. If you are going to close for a full hour thats fine but it should be reflected on the hourly schedule. Very poor service

Everything was Perfect
Paul S.If drop off sites are unavailable, the sites should not be an option upon the reservation date. Given the price of fuel, it's unfair to the customer to absorb this and drive to an inconvenient drop off location. Drop off site needs to have a standard uhaul drop off box, there is not one. They have a slot at the front door which isn't marked (hopefully this is where the key goes). Not a good experience this time.
Andrew F.The location was closed by the time I finished unloading the truck to return it, I did the after hours return process on the uhaul app but there was no drop box for the key. This location should not be listed as a return location.
