Dramatically understaffed, specifically around the counter help. Staff behind the counter often spent extended periods of time talking informally with customers while the line grew longer. Additional counter staff would see the extended line and not jump in to assist the team.

I was disappointed that I was charged daily for my dolly. And only used it for one item, my refrigerator. It was expensive and would hire out next time. Location everyone friendly but charges were too much.

Only 1 rep was working with a long line of customers. We had online check in but online checking wasn't working well because there was no WiFi at the location. We just had to ask 1 question and couldn't get that through, both at pick up and drop off. I did appreciate the nice and clean equipment, but did not appreciate the customer service. Of course, not the rep's fault but only 1 person dealing with too many people. The company needs to handle their manpower better.

Make sure the tires hold air before renting it out . Had to air up the trailer tire the next morning after renting

I booked online and did the check in online. The staff hooked up the trailer and did a safety check. I was out in about 10 minutes. Same when I returned it. Will rent again. Thanks!

About 2,5 hours to rent a car dolly. System crashed employees were lost didn’t know what’s going on. 20 people in line.

One of their people was puttingon “ a trailer hitch” making the rest short staffed after waiting in line for my receipt fo about an hour I was rudely sent out side to find a guy who said he had already emailed my receipt. St home there was no receipt!!!!??

Not sure about the name of the gentleman who helped me when I was picking up and dropping off, but he was extremely polite and helpful. So he made my whole experience excellent.

Care about the customer. There is no customer service, long wait times with the person servicing the customers seem to have all the time in the world. Really, just communication, a smile and acknowledging the wait time will go a long way. Show that you value the customer.

I was delayed in getting my uhaul by 30+ minutes, told by the counter person that my storage spot reserved next door has rats, then upon his recommendation cancelled tgat reservation and ultimately had to wait 90 minutes to get another. Therefore my 10AM to 6PM reservation was actually 10:49AM to 6:39PM but I was charged double.

I planned to us the self-checkout (whatever you call it) process, and the advance information and emails said I could pick up my van up to an hour early. I showed up about 5 minutes before the time I had specified (9:00 am), expecting to have the van shortly after 9:00. I logged in to the website, and got the message that I could not start the process until 9:00. At 9:00 I tried again. The van that was "reserved" for me wasn't where it was supposed to be. I eventually located it, and started the process. The verification of my ID took forever - I finally gave up and went to the counter for help. I told him what van I was supposed to get, and was told that van had been rented to another customer! I gave up on the online process and rented van at the desk. I could have saved myself half an hour if I'd started there.

The reservation by phone is not the same as office pick up. They need to sync better. The return by phone was 7pm and the office insisted returning at 8:30am.. really disappointed..

Had to wait a very long time to get helped. Prices were high. Got docked for gas even though I tried to top it off at return to same level as shown on paperwork. Grateful to have gotten a truck on same-day notice but experience was worse than other rentals in the past.

The cost was really high for a trailer rental. Also the trailer that was first giving to me was not in good condition it had two bad tires I asked if I could take the trailer that had the good tires I took the trailer from Washington To Florida Overall the trailer was fine it was just really expensive for the four days I used it
