They did not have the equipment I requested and was “guaranteed.” Also, there was something dead somewhere in the truck, maybe under the hood. The smell was unbearable.

Truck was filthy, had love bugs all over it. Windshield had so many bugs on it you couldn’t see safely. I had to clean it in order to see clearly. The gas tank level was inaccurate according to contract. Personnel was not helpful or friendly.

Felt unsafe in the van that you gave me. There was two on the lot and you choose to give me the the older one. The passenger side air bag did not work and we had a child riding with us. We were suppose to get six furniture blankets but you only had three of the blankets. We paid the same prize as if we would have gotten six. Will not use this location ever again.

The employee responsible for the transaction was nice, but the Point of Sale system was not working here and it took an hour for the transaction to complete before I could leave with the trailer. On top of that, the U-Haul representative that eventually sent the transaction through overcharged me by roughly $50 compared to my reservation price.

wasn't notified of change in pick-up location. went to original location and was told it was changed. I called u-haul and was told where to pick it up. Original pick-up spot was less than 10 miles, new spot was 25 miles. i received no phone calls notifying me of this change.Truck should have been sent to original location. Customer service SUCKS. last time I will use u-haul

Drop off reservation was not in the uhaul system. Had to call corporate to get them to change it before attendant would work with me. Once in the system, the system would not allow attendant to complete the turnin, has to drop off (create a hand written receipt) and wait for the official turnin and system receipt to be generated. For a nation wide rental business like Uhaul, this experience was not a smooth one. Most of the problems seemed to be with the Uhaul database. The company should invest in system improvements to ease the customer experience. These frustrations make me hesitant about future use and business with Uhaul.

with hauler ask more questions are more clear questions. hauler 10 inches to short for long wheel base truck .spent $67.36 unnecessarily. time out 9:46 am time in 11:12am same day never used.

It seems that every trailer I rent, it has a light on the rear that is not in the hole or not sealed. It would be nice if someone would see that and fix them. thanks.

There was a trailer running light burnt out and when I mentioned it to the attendant she just said she couldn't help. The trailer is heavy and there was no assistance in hooking it up so I had to call a friend. You need to install jacks on these trailers. Too bad Penske doesn't rent trailers as my last two experiences really suck!!

Attendant did not assist in hooking up trailer to vehicle and left myself and my friend to do it ourselves. He provided zero instruction on the operation of the safety/brake chain attachments. He did not verify the lights were operating appropriately.

UHaul Rep put the wrong trip type in the contract. had to drive 30+ minutes back to the pick up location because they put the trip as in town rather than one way

The truck was returned in the same condition as pickup, but I was charged overly because the clerk didn't feel like checking the truck at that time. I waited and no results. I went back to store and it doesn't take 30 minutes after to adjust to your mistakes. Extra fees is not on me. I paid for my rental but not the extra.

Truck was not clean. Had sofa cushions still in the back of truck. I paid cash 100 deposit and when i used the app to return the truck it charged me for cleaning fee. But truck was not clean from last renter. I tried to call and talk to someone..was not succesful had to call 1800 number still not resolved. I just want my change back. Think ill stick to regular uhaul sites

Sent email. Was charged more than I expected. Price I contracted on line less than charged at location. Did express check in but had problems when I picked up trailer. Get trailer several times a year, may have to seek another company.

This location was okay. I had been through so much back and forth with U-haul that I was over the whole process. I had to sweep the back of the truck upon return in order to not be charged a fee. There was nothing but miscommunication between myself and the company from start to finish. I will not be using U-haul anymore. Changes were made and approved without me even agreeing. This is my second time and this experience was the worst. The pick up and drop off locations were fine. U-Haul as a whole really needs to get its act together.

Tonya Sanders gave great and quick service. I would definitely refer this location to other people. They should have boxes as well considering their convenience to so many apartment complexes. I had to drive all the way across town to buy boxes for my move.

There was only 1 employee at this location. He had to take care of the customers for the convenience store and the uhaul customers at the same time. This location needs more than 1 employee at the time.
