Have requested refund 3 times. Was not able to get into truck due to lock box for keys not opening. Other location down the road said it was a known issue at this specific location. Nobody working on a Saturday to assist. Location has LIED to U-haul about me driving truck 10 miles. Impossible considering I could not get keys for vehicle. Should be self explanatory considering keys were still in lockbox and not returned in the drop box if I were able to get them. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION. Save yourself and go down the street to the Mini storage rental location

Delivered the truck on Sunday when they were closed so I had no contact with anybody
