All went well, except for the return location. The location U-Hail sent me, Santa Fe Diner & Truck Stop, 1766 Hwy 1, San Antonio, NM 87832 is WRONG! The Santa Fe Diner is some 25 miles SOUTH of San Antonio, NM. When I found 1766 Hwy 1, San Antonio NM, it was right where Google map said it would be. But it's just a private residence. It took several calls to get a number to the Santa Fe Diner, which was 25 miles farther south. All this took an extra hour, making us late on the return. For Pete's sake, do a better job with return locations. Rather than some random house 25 miles away, it would have been MUCH better to describe return location as "Santa Fe Diner & Truck Stop, just off exit 115 on I-25." Being sent on a wild goose chase was just incredible.David T.

Location needs better computers. There is interference with Albuquerque location apparently in this location. It is a quick shop so there are tons of interruptions. They need more help! This is not the first time we've had problems here. And it is not the personnel... they are nice enough... it is there computers!jan A.
The paperwork process took 40 minutes! There must be a faster way, or the employee must know what they are doing to make this more efficient. I was however very appreciative for the employee making sure the trailer was hooked up properly.VICTORIA R.
Boat trailers have a built in jack to raise and lower the tongue - would be very helpful to add this to trailers as large as the one I rentedWilliam M.
First of all we got the uhaul dirty muddy on the outside so didn't bother letting the lady know about it because didn't think that mattered. When I rented the usual she said nothing about washing it b for we took it back so when we took it back to return it the man that was working wanted to charge us 25$ cleaning fee he said it was returned dirty on the outside so then I told him that we got it like that because we only had it for like an HR or so. keep better track of the mileage of each vehical, we were charged for driving 57 miles when we barely drove a total of 15. the manager also said that she "can't do anything with this shit" over the phone to me (a person that she knew was a valid paying customer). i will not be using uhall in the foreseeable future.COREY O.

Good Morning, I picked up the Uhaul, never received a walk around the truck etc. After loading it up, I got on the road and within five miles of leaving Socorro, NM where I picked up the Uhaul a tire blew out. This is a huge safety concern! Thankfully the gentleman who was contracted to make the repairs for Socorro was driving by, however my family member in another vehicle first had to drive back to town to the Uhaul location as we were not able to get through to Uhaul directly or the Chevron service center where it was picked up by phone. Both attempts on two separate calls kept us on hold for approximately 20 minutes. There was damage to the vehicle behind where the tire blew out, put us behind schedule and really the inconvenience of picking up a truck which was not thoroughly checked after the previous return, or even briefly looked over really compromised my safety. I have dropped of the vehicle at the set location and let them know of my experience and to please check the vehicle before it is picked up again. I have pictures of the damage as well. I would like to have the rental costs to use this vehicle reimbursed please. I was under the impression that I was going to be picking up a safe vehicle and the unnecessary risk I was put in is not something I feel that I should have to pay for. When checking in the vehicle the person at the location had never checked in a vehicle before. The process could be a little more straight forward and feel more "complete" after the rental. The primary person was great to deal with when checking out the vehicle. The vehicle itself was in great condition!CHELSEY H.

The person in charge of rentals was not at the location when we arrived for rental. The personal working at the Chevron had to call her and said she was on her way. We waited 45 minutes for her to arrive. She was not the least bit enthusiastic about providing service much less quality customer service.Unfortunately we were less than pleased.
