I did not encounter any personnel as dropped off at night. The slots were marked well and the orange key drop were easily found. It was safe and clean.

Alexander WReturning the vehicle and keys were very easy at the location. Picking up the vehicle was hard, only due to UHaul pickup applications was not working properly and I had trouble scanning my driver's license to get the code. I reached ASM at 6:15 but it took me until 8:55pm to get the code from the application.
