Uhaul did not notify the pickup location in a timely manner, they were no expecting us, they were closed at the time we arrived. After much help from neighbors, the store manager was kind enough to come from home to help us with our rental. The key was locked in the back of the truck with a code the manager was not aware of. The pick up took 3 hours to complete.

The place was excellent but the reservation from uhaul was TERRIABLE AND DISAPOINTING! LOST 6 & HALF HOURS OF RUN A ROUNDS. Because they tell me my uhaul is at one place and pick up time but it isn't then I am told to go elsewhere and it wasn't there. Waited over an hour to find another uhaul nothing.. then drive 2 hours to and from a place to get a uhaul and it isn't there and to wait a good while and finally got one and went home in dark then loaded up n dark. Not happy. Didn't get the right car dolly and didn't get the dolly as ordered had to go to the main store to get one. I feel I shud get some of my money back. Poor customer service . Noone won't talk to me
