It was really hard to get in to. Where to park was hard to maneuver; can't imagine if I had a truck bigger than the 10' one. Just inconvenient. Office was open but allowing only one person at a time inside so I used the on-line drop-off. A person came out from behind a gate and asked me to re-park the truck after I had finished the turn in process. Just an overall awkward experience.Anita P.

Got charged for two extra days when I turned equipment I. The day after it was due and got hit with a cleaning fee.KASSIDY K.
When we dropped the trailer off there was no one there and no directions on where to leave it. Within 20 minutes of dropping it off I received a hostile phone call stating that we had blocked a gate that did not appear to be in use and that if we didn't come back and move it immediately they would charge us an additional $250 to move it. We did not mind complying with the demand but the person 5bat called was unprofessional, angry and ugly in his tone A simple request would have been all that was required. It literally took less than 2 minutes after arriving back at drop off location and pick up the tongue and physically roll the trailer to another location. This lack of customer skills will drive business away from your company and one day get this employee a good old fashioned ass whipping.James J.

Low tire pressure, did not have air to put in it, therefore I could not see actual miles, had to take their word for it. Doors locked upon pick up and did not remove cardboard from front window...TAMARA W.
The attitude of the agent (Kayla) was horrible. I was late for my pick up by an hour, I had to take my Daughter for a Medical appt. the last thing I was thinking about was calling U-Haul. A man who was working there held the door so I couldn't come in until they decided if they would allow me to rent. When I was allowed in, I was told to Sit there. When I asked the agent a question she completely ignored me. I asked again and she flew into me Stating "I WAS AN HOUR LATE, AN HOUR LATE. I CAN'T HOLD A RESERVATION FOR YOU. SOMEONE ELSE MIGHT HAVE WANTED THAT TRAILER." I looked in their storage yard for trailers and trucks, They had several the same size of the one I rented....So nobody would have missed out. I have always used U-Haul for my moving needs. I'm planning another move within 1 to 2 months and I'm strongly considering using another company because of this location.STEPHEN P.

The day I returned the equipment it was raining. When I arrived, the young lady told me to "Move the trailer as close to the fence as you can and disconnect it, I will get a receipt to you later today." I have never rented equipment from Uhaul where I was allowed to connect or disconnect a trailer. In fact, I have had Uhaul employees tell me that it was against company policy for a customer to connect or reconnect equipment. I told the young lady that I would not leave the property without a receipt, to which she replied "get comfortable, it will be a while. So standing in the pouring rain, I had to disconnect your equipment. I did not actually have to wait very long for the receipt, as I parted my truck across the entrance of the facility. In the last 6 weeks, I have spent over $3,000 renting equipment from Uhaul... I will NEVER rent from Uhaul again!Leslie K.
