Only complaint is that the furniture/ moving pads included were a bit greasy and wet. The attendants at the pick up location were very nice and helpful. All requested equipment was readily available, and the pick up and drop off process both were a breeze.

The lady who checked me in was very nice and had a beautiful smile. She was helpful and even when it showed no dolly available, she asked if I wanted her to take it off. I replied with what kind of dolly do you have because I really needed one for this move, she went to check and located what I requested. This was great for me. Because the day before I had reserved a truck at 2 different locations which said guaranteed reservation and neither place had keys in the box. My only complaint is when returning the truck, the older lady was not friendly at all and was a little rude.
TAKISHA DWindow of drive door open and water got in due to recent rain. Did have to clean that. We had requested blankets and dolly and not supplied but turn in location refunded us. Truck worked fine though and we got our move done fine.
