There was no lock for the trailer. I was worried that it could be easily stolen over night. I had to rig some type of lock to protect the trailer.Joe W.

Turned in unit at 1pm. Received a text from U-Haul at 512pm reiterating drop off time, address, etc. called number on text to find out what was going on just rang. Called drop location back to follow up but did not feel wRm and fuzzy they'd be completing their end. Not till next morning did I receive an email.MIchael B.

Make sure the equipment is cleaned and the vehicke is larked on a hard surface, not a gravel surface which becomes muddy once it rains. The wheels of the dolly we were given were covered in mud as well, made it rather difficult to use in a home as we were trying not ruin the carpet in the rental we were leaving.Tiffany P.

Nothing! This was one of the greatest customer experiences I've ever had. A hispanic gentleman came out and unhooked the trailer from my vehicle before I ever made it to the building. Please actually email your customer when their reservation is changed regarding the availability of the truck i reserved. The location has nothing to do with these comments. Its uhaul that needs to get it together!!! Truck front was dirty with trash and someones hat. The air conditioner did not work. The ladies at this store tried everything they could to help with my reservation that got mishandled Any good that came out of this situation is because of their hard work and efforts to help me.Lorraine C.
Cancel the franchise at this location. They charged me $30.00 for a 2" trailer ball that is listed on the uhaul website for $10.95. The trailer had a damaged door gasket that we did not discover until we opened the door to load it.Frank J.

Answer door in a more timely manner. Understand how to better approach system issues that was happening when computer said an accident was reported and NEVER EVEN HAPPENED!
