The only thing wrong was the uhaul app did not work for before or after hours pick up. lucky the the ownee was there when I picked up and he help me and when I dropped off late I had to call Uhaul for assistance because app still did not work, they where help fullBRIANJ J.

To start with soon as I was making a left turn I knew one of the bulbs was not lighting and towards the left signal I can see the front bulb was okay later when I stop I check the rear signal was not lighting. Secondly Been my first time renting for many years I got confused by gas filling and I must have put at least $ 6 to $ 7 dollars extra. At the return of my rental I mention to the staff associate which was not in listening mode did not even thank me..LOUIE C.

Everything went well until I returned the cargo van . That employee unlike the one I dealt with when I picked up the van was very unprofessional . He asked me just to drop off the key and leave . When I refused, he checked on the van himself without my presence and came back trying to overcharge me for the gas used which I actually refilled to the level where I picked up the car . When I argued , he said he would still make me pay the amount he deemed correct and I could just complain to U-haul . Finally he backed down , but still that left me a bad impression about dealing with U-haul ......WAI L.
The customer service personnel is very helpful and expedite the process on both pick up and drop off. Great guy.PAULBRIONES S.
The gentelman at the front desk was the sweetest most patient and helpful person I could have dealt with. I never had a reservation nor room on my credit card to book for more than 100km. I never got his name but I am forever greatful for his kindness and patients.DOUGLAS R.

Well there was an extra charge added to my contract after I returned the van, it was a fuel charge. I did re-fuel and returned the van, so not sure why this fuel charge was added on later ? So if someone can look into this & get back to me it would be highly appreciated.SAMIT D.
