The list of questions asked of me went on and on to the point I nearly walked out. The most absurd request came when they asked me to provide a second telephone number for someone who could vouch for me. I thought for sure they would require a copy of my fingerprints and/or DNA. When I went to pay with a $20 bill, I was told to pay with a credit card. If I insisted on paying with cash I'd have to pay $60.00. Filling out the paperwork cut significantly into the time I had to get the move done and the trailer back. The process was way too cumbersome and time consuming! I'll never use this U-Haul location again!
