Return vehicle should be easier to find
LAURIE BU-Haul corporate sucks. Rented a trailer for one way to Be dropped off in my local jurisdiction but ended up having to drive 2 hours out of way to return trailer. Have rented many many times and this was never an issue wil probably use another carrier in the future.
Kyle KThe agent was excellent and very helpful. However, the truck had not been properly prepared for pickup. The windshield had a thick layer of ice that was too heavy for a scraper, and I was concerned that chipping at it would crack the glass. I had to idle the truck for 35 minutes to melt the ice from underneath, which wasted time and gas. Additionally, the area around the truck hadn't been shoveled, so I had to walk through ankle-deep snow in sneakers to complete the required inspection photos. I'd appreciate better winter preparation of vehicles in the future, as this added significant time and frustration to what should have been a straightforward pickup.
