Vehicle was not clean on the inside and wiper blades need replaced. Did not clean windshield very well

The day we picked up the truck, it had snowed about 4 inches, the truck had been cleaned of snow and was warmed up and ready for us. Wonderful customer service. I will recommend this particular U-Haul facility. Thank you.
NANCY KWe did not receive an appliance dolly even though it was paid for. And then we had to extend the time we had the uhaul TWICE because of this. Had to pay over double what we intended.
