The location was terrible. They kept calling to change my pick up time. The last time I refused! They said the computers were down and to call the 800 number. That wasn't the case at all, the one person trained to run the computer wanted to come in late, that's all. When he finally arrived,, He actually literally said " sorry I was having liver surgery ". Can you believe that?! No, another employee of the place said it was bc his child was visiting from CA. The truck wasn't swept out when received but by this time I was 2 hours behind my pick up time and had my moving helpers sitting around on their precious Saturday instead of spending time with their families. Ultimately it affected my move bc some had prior engagements and had to leave before the move was completed.
