My pick up location was changed to a different store causing a delay to my planned schedule for the day. The app was glitched causing longer delays and rendering self check in useless. I am requesting uhaul to honor the $50 pick up guarantee for the caused delays and additional miles driven from and to changed location.

Worst experience ever! They did not help me to unhook the dolby, and to download my car. Besides, it took them so long to recieve the truck, that I had to leave the keys. Now they are charging me for damages I did not cause. I did not even scratch the car. I am certain I did not cause any damage. It was a pure scam. After more than a decade using U-haul, I feel frustrated for the first time! It is a shame what a lazy and dishonest person can do to discredit a great corporation.

Well for starters I return the vehicle last night at 7:41pm took a video and pictures of the trucks conditiones and the milage and how I left the tank on full they call me this morning saying they will charge me $27 bcus the tank was past a little over 3/4 of full I went out there and showed them the pictures and video and they still made me go fill it up and still charged me the mileage it ended up in.
