We had to travel an extra 30 miles to get our pickup and drop off because our original reservation was not available. So we paid an additional $21 for our rental due to inaccurate information. As well we were offered a $50 credit for the inconvenience but it was never received. They were supposed to call to make corrections and never did.

Joel GRented for 3 days and had to deal with 98 degree heat since a/c not working.
Domingo RI’ve never rented from an owner before that didn’t have their own building and physical presence. Whenever I would call the phone was just answered “Hello.” After numerous times, I realized it was the phone of the owner’s son, not a business phone. I was given NO physical contract. That was somewhat unsettling. They did send me a digital contract. The only reason I rented here was because they had the 10 foot truck I wanted. My preferred dealer did not have one on-site for me to rent. In the future, I would only rent from this dealer if the equipment I desired to use was available nowhere else.
