The truck was old, almost 100,000. The handle to open the window was broken, and the seat was not comfortable. I felt like the shocks were worn - very bumpy ride. Rough acceleration - and I was driving very carefully.Joy H.

Went to a UHaul location near me to drop off trailer. Get there, and they tell me they don't know how to take in the trailer....for me to go to another location....went to the 2nd location near me, there I was told that they don't take the trailers, only the trucks. Go to the 3rd location across town, and have to try to get thru the online drop off, which was as difficult for me as it was for the other 2 customers there dropping off trailers....If a place has UHAUL equipment for rent, they should also have to take the equipment returns...plus anyone working in a store/gas station should be trained to take in the returns of equipment....this was the worst experience I have ever had with UHAUL....Katherine E.

If there was a way to make the check-out process more noticeable, not easier. It was really easy to follow the instructions and take pictures, but I didn't know what I needed to do clearly. I ended up going back and forth from the truck to the key drop-off multiple times, but I can take all the blame for that.Jamiel W.
Vehicle was worn out and dirty. Engine dogged and struggled. Was charged $20 for after hours return because my mobile phone was dead even though a person was on site (they explained that it was too late for them to check my return in). People were nice enough but I am just beginning to think U-haul does not care about customers and equipment like they used to.ELI J.
