It's not the people it's the truck! My husband reset the trip and clocked 56 miles. When we took pictures of the odometer there was a 30 like difference!! This cause an overcharge of $30+ dollars. What should have been $135 (rounding) turned into $165. Kinda fishy… why is the trip and the odometer different and not calibrated the same??? The lady that helped us was very nice and professional! Like I said, not the people but the truck!

When checking out the u haul it took a long time because the computer wouldn’t process the information

Benjamin GHave people that know what they're doing. Maybe take a deposit at the time of reservation and charge them when they pick up the equipment. I would recommend this location only because the manager was extremely nice and inviting. I would only recommend it for storage, not for U-haul.
