The app that I was told to use was useless. It did not work as advertised. I tried several times and it did not work. I had to cancel my reservation and completely change my plans to much inconvenience. I will never use u-haul again and will never recommend u-haul.JEROME W.

There's probably not a lot that can be done about it, but the vehicles were located on the opposite end of the plaza from the store. Pickup went like this: park in front of the store to check in on my phone, drive over to the lot where the rental vehicles are parked, drive back to the store to pick up the key, then drive over to the rental vehicles again to finally park my vehicle and drive off in the rental. It's not the end of the world, but it is frankly a pain. That said, the staff at the store were very friendly and helpful and I'd absolutely use this location again.Douglas M.

The truck and trailer were there and ready. However, the rental process took 40 minutes due to the fact that the rental agent was unfamiliar with the computer system and had to make phone calls during it (this did not include the time to inspect the vehicle). I was asked 4 separate times to state my phone number and address because he had to keep re-entering information that would disappear. I could have easily gone to the main U-Haul location in Mechanicsburg (it would have taken me 2 extra minutes to drive there), so this location was overall very inconvenient. Also, the truck was dirty inside including having empty and half-empty water bottles in the cab under and behind the seats (3 bottles), jelly beans under the seat, and the inside of the windshield was dirty (spots and a general film). The gas tank was slightly under 1/2, but by the time I noticed that, I was just happy to be on my way and done with the rental process.james H.

I was in a rush to get somewhere and it took forever to get up and running and situated. I found the experience annoying. This was the first time I used this location. In the past at a different location UHAUL did most of the work. You looked at the vehicle with me and looked for any damage etc and filled out all the paperwork. This time I have to use and app to compare pictures to see if they match. The picture didn't look like they were even taken that day. It would make more sense for me to take the picture of the truck before i use it and submit them. Plus, the place I was had terrible wifi so it made it even harder. If the customer has to do all the work through their mobile device there should at least be decent wifi at the location. Then I was supposed to accept the fuel level and the link the timed out and i couldn't get back in. When I dropped off the keys I tell the person outside I'm turning in the Uhual. She looked at me like I had 10 heads and said the keys go in the box. I get no confirmation that the drop off was completed correctly and that everything went smoothly. Plus, if something went wrong I'm sure I would be blamed, but it could have happened after i dropped the truck off since no one checks you out. It made me feel very un-easy.John M.
