The haul agent who I called at first gave and sent us the wrong location to pick up the equipment. I called the 2nd time asking for directions and the lady was helpful.
Suzanne LVery pleasant and helpful, and accommodating when I was running late for my pickup. Promptly answered the phone each time I called with questions and was very thorough in explaining everything about the trailer to me. Made the whole experience very enjoyable, which isn’t necessarily something I was expecting. Highly recommend!
JENNIFER GU haul computer system is very bad, After you reserve it changes the location of where you pick up the truck. The actual service at Southern Oregon Structures was good and I’d rent from them again.
