Worker was excellent. He knew were on the way to return our truck and he slightly delayed going to lunch to assist us.
Ginger PThere was no where to park within the direction of the return instructions and there was no one in the office during business hours which made the return longer. Once someone showed up, they were helpful. I was shocked at the cost of the rental for a one day move from the Portland metro area to Medford. With gas, well over $500. That’s unreasonable for a 10’ truck.
Cherie HDriving a 26 ft truck and no clear entrance. We parked on the street. It’s a used car lot for crying out loud. Step up your game Medford.
DENNIS TI was about half hour late returning the truck, but the pick up location told me just to call the drop off site in advance and they would not charge an extra fee. The clerk was pleasant and efficient. All in all, the whole rental process start to finish was easy. I will definitely consider U Haul first if I ever need the service again.
