My contract started 04/09/2021 at 2:48. I returned a clean gas up 15ftTruck 04/13/2021 4 days the rental person charge me for 5 days. The manager was absent. I couldn't get it corrected. The truck I had was a 10 footer. 10 driver side mirror was taped on. 19.95 why advertise that! My cost was 87. 00 in town. I could not use my personal insurance. I paid 14.95 for uhaul insurance. Also no dolly included with truck. Thank goodness I own one. Also last but not least the engine light was on and the tire pressure light was on. Where they rent trucks like that at? Only in Memphis. For customer return experience do better. Also refund me some of my money. Thank you.Velera M.

You need to improve your call center service cause I was promised that the truck I ordered would be where I was suppose to have picked it up at and it wasn't asked lady at the call center would I get the $50.00 that U-Haul promise on trucks being available she said noANTONIO R.
The drivers side mirror was broken ,electrical tape was holding it on.I was unable to adjust it so I was unable to really see out of it unless I leaned to the left ,towards the window . Driving a 10' truck with no rear view & only the use of the passengers side side mirror is kinda challenging.This was my 1st time driving a vehicle this big, I was glad a had taken the insurance out on my rental. Glad I didnt need it!! Also when I got in the truck the 1st thing I noticed was the dash message regarding the tire pressure, I found out upon returning my rental that the tires should've been 80PSI ,Well all but one was 73-77.The one that was different was 23 ,(right rear tire pressure). I informed the uhaul service professional and she pointed me in the direction of the air hose.I put 50 in it cuz I didnt know any better but the whole time I had the truck (1day) the tire leaked air continuously. $5 in air I spent ,I requested to be reimbursed but because air machines dont print reciepts my request was denied.Karen W.

When I picked up the truck, the representative was not helpful at all. The representative working when I dropped it off was very helpful. When I first ordered the U-Haul, it sent me to Highway 51 and I was told my reservation was confirmed. At 11:30 I called Uhaul's 1-800# and was told there wasn't a truck at that location. I was then informed I'd have to drive an additional 10 miles one way to pick up the truck from Memphis. This made me drive an unnecessary amount of miles and I wasn't able to pick up my truck at the scheduled time of 11:30. I'd like to hear back if that is possible, thank you.Shane T.
I never complain or talk out of peoples name. The woman behind the counter was a complete bitch. Ignored me 100% off the time and like she would rather continue her phone call then do her job. Will NEVER use uhaul due to her lack of character and give a damn. Absolutely horrible. Notified her of a truck issue and she blew me off didn't acknowledge me and acted as if her time was not worth my words. A complete bitch. Hope she sees this and adjusts her piece of shit attitude. 1 star cause I can't do no starsJACOB H.

Some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Was supposed to pick my truck up in Horn lake but they didn't stage it so I was sent to Shelby dr. Upon arriving there I had to wait hour and a half to even get helped. I was offered to compensation. I've used uhaul several times but after this will seriously consider a different company.Logan G.
I have two major issues: 1. Be sure to MAKE EVERY CUSTOMER WEAR A MASK AND STAY SIX FEET APART. We are in a pandemic. I was very uncomfortable with that. 2. During inclement weather, please make sure the equipment is not frozen. If it is, please have the proper equipment to help the customers unthaw the priduct. Each customer, including me, had to unthaw their own equipment the best way we could. The company did not have any equipment to help in the process. It took at least an hour or more to get the ice unthawed. Most importantly, please add defroster to the rear view windows. That is dangerous. We could not get the ice off the rear view windows. Overall, the process was OK. The agents did the best they could without the proper equipment provided by the company. The agents were very pleasant and helpful.Vicki C.

Made my reservation at 10:21 am, I get to the store there was no reservation available for me. The associate name Deborah was trying to be as helpful as she could but all of the information from the spelling of my name, my address and email address was all entered incorrectly from whoever took the original reservation. I was late return back to work and was also overcharged. I am looking for a call from the store manager at the return of the next business day. I would not recommend or desire to ever use uhaul services nowhere in the future. Overall experince was terrible!Shirella M.
