The truck was given to me with 1/8 of a tank. I was informed it was understood and I wouldn’t need to upload the photos for the check in. Upon return on a 1/4 tank I was still charged an additional $30 for gas.
Letosca SThe customer service guy was rather nice.
LaKendra MI was allowed to make an 8 AM reservation for a moving truck, but the place doesn’t open until 2 so I had to wait for two hours. The system shouldn’t have allowed me to make that reservation, or they should have called and told me I wouldn’t be able to pick it up until 10. There was another person there that had reserved the same truck, but they only had one. Luckily I got it, but I feel bad for her and that reservation shouldn’t have been able to go through. I also ordered furniture blankets and paid for them, but never got them.
