VENTURA R.The staff were great. This location is at a mulch and soil seller. There was dust every where. There are not safe walkways from the office to the truck location; too many surfaces for someone to trip or slip down on. Getting out of the location and onto the surface street is a challenge, especially turning left. One is turning across three lanes, on a grade, and the street has heavy traffic. Truck was covered with dust outside. Inside, I found some left behind trash. The truck I had, GMC with v-8 engine, 10 ft cargo hold, was a gas hog. Drove 87 miles and it consumed a half tank of gas. The transmission in this baby began to hesitate when downshifting and this sometimes caused jerking and banging of the drive shaft.
