When I went to go pick up the trailer I questioned the tires on the trailer and asked for a spare. I was told that the tires were fine and they didn't give spare tires. Not far into our trip the tread delaminated from the tire and caused a 2 hour delay in our trip.

First, be up front on the charges. When you ask clients how long they will have the truck and you confirm the return time at around 7pm, then tell them what the estimated charges will be! Don't wait to text them the return time it's due back in order to avoid extra charges on the morning of pick up after I drive off. This is dishonest and I will be filing a complaint with the better business bureau as well as commit to telling at least one person every day for a full year about how bad U-Haul is, and not to trust them, EVER!!!!!

Previous customer had left some cardboard and other scraps in the back of the trailer. Obvious this was never checked and cleaned out before I connected to the trailer. Otherwise it was a great rental experience.

I was disappointed that the person who rented me the truck and equipment handed me the key and had me walk all the way across a gravel parking lot pushing the hand truck by myself. When I opened the door of thr truck it smelled horrible. I literally had to drive it home and use lysol wipes because it was so dirty and the windshield was dangerously dirty.

Major disruption to our move. On Sunday the morning we needed to return the 26 foot truck we asked to extend another day. We were told quickly on line that is not possible, others rented the truck at 9:30am and sorry. Well we delivered the truck back at 9:25am and drove by it all day Sunday with just my small truck. It never moved all day and another 26 foot truck sat next to it all day. Caused me to make 10 little truck deliveries instead of one. Pissed me off and made my day full of crap. Very not impressed with your system of allowing another day of use. Very sad.

However I would not recommend Uhaul to anyone again. I was charged for an extra day, yes it stated in the contract to have it returned by 1pm, but that was not verbalized, so when it was returned by 6 pm I was charged $57. Then according to the website the cost should have been $214 but I was charged $242. When I called Uhaul I was pretty much told it was all my fault and they would do nothing to help. So I will make sure everyone I know understands that Uhaul will take advantage of you even though you are under an eminence amount of stress and at Christmas time when you have 6 children.

This trailer was old, some tie down loops where broken and unusable and no tie down loops upper available as in newer trailers. Caused major damage to my company Equipment. Very disappointed ðŸ§

They were very friendly all wearing masks. Ask me if I had any issues. I should have told them about the door that was hard to lift open, but forgot. Also forgot to tell them it was dirty when I picked it up too.

Train the people in your call-center better because I was quoted one price over the phone and another price when I got there that was almost $70 higher and they told me that my vehicle with the larger tires would specifically fit on there and if not they have the extension straps for the auto transport and I have to go next-door to Napa and spend over $50 to buy tiedowns which I can't imagine isn't as safe and in order to tow the car had I known all that I would've bought a tow bar for my jeep and I was just trying to save some money by going through you guys and it wound up costing me more the people at the rental location aside from not having their shit together were very friendly but the person over the phone needs to be educated

men at the counter could not have been more helpful, both in scheduling a trailer and the return. Also very good helper in getting trailer hooked up and unhooked when we returned the trailer. Very highly recommend this location
