There was a very small U-Haul sign hanging up, but other than that, there was no obvious indication that it was a U-Haul drop off. There were all sorts of random cars sitting in the parking lot of what looked like an abandoned gas station. It did not feel safe.

Tyrone at T's Tires was very nice and helpful. His business was in a very bad neighborhood though. I was very uneasy about getting out of car to go in office. I felt much better and safer once I was talking with Tyrone. He was extremely nice and cordial.

A dolly was needed but not available upon pick up of trailer. Location of pick up was hard to find and difficult to menover trailer upon return. No help was offered to back it in or detach trailer.

It's in a pretty bad neighborhood and the Furniture pads I received were soaking wet and unusable.

The staff at the establishment was very helpful, but the location, what can only nicely be described as a rough neighborhood, another story altogether. While the truck was in good working condition, the vehicles were scattered around the area infront of run down and abandoned homes and buildings. Although the staff was helpful, I would not recommend or use this location again
