Upon arrival my reservation could not be found (I had called into this location earlier in the week, talked with an employee and he had reserved a truck in my name). The owner did not go over the rental agreement nor provide a walk-through on the do's and don'ts of the rental. The vehicle gas tank was not full at time of rental but I was required to fill it upon return costing me an extra $40.
