The team at Friendly, was professional and great to work with. Arik was prompt to answer all questions I had and offered to assist with the equipment. Great experience overall!!
Michael HI was unable to pick up schedule vehicle at this location because key was missing from the lockbox. The vehicle I was assigned was left unlocked, so I checked for said key in case it was left in the vehicle. They also didn’t have the dolly I requested in the back of the truck, so that was another issue. I had to visit two other locations to figure this all out and I was in a time crunch.
