The person checking me out was very personable and very nice but the check-in system on the computer was very poor and kept kicking us out and made the check out instead of being a five minute checkout. It took 35 minutes.

Just dropped off the truck into an empty parking lot and placed key in lockbox. Location was changed and further away from requested location. Would love to give feedback on the prior rental in Palm Springs. Terrible experience!
BARRY WThis was a horrible experience for me. I originally had a rental booked at a location right around the corner from my house. Then they told me my truck was not returned so they moved my location which forced me to incur Uber fees (instead of walking) to go back and forth, so it cost me more money. Then when I got there to check in online, the app gave me the code for the lock on the truck, but it was wrong. I spent and hour trying to get into the truck only to find out that the code on the app was incorrect. I was late getting to an event because of this. It is super frustrating.
