No parking and drop off procedures were less than professional. Took almost two days to close out my order.

No blankets. No dolly. Uhaul definitely should not use this as a location. It tarnishes the name. This is a convenience store not a Uhaul location
The truck we had rented looked like transients were using the cargo area for shelter. There was also a damaged skirt on the right rear panel.
The staff needs to be better trained. We were doing a secure online check-out and my husband went inside for the key. The clerk was actually trying to give our rental to someone else!
The gentleman there was very helpful, respectful and friendly. I would absolutely recommend it!
My only complaint was that it took quite a while to get through the check in process. Don't get me wrong. It's a great idea to be able to rent any time. However. I think the clock for your actual rent window should start after checking in is complete, not when it's initiated. Also the truck reeked of cigarettes. I absolutely hate that smell. My throat actually started to feel irritated. Thank goodness it was short trip.
Not allow reservations to happen at locations that are unaware you reserved. Be clear of any complications there may be prior to pick up. I was told there was a red flag after I went to the first place at didn't know I even had a reservation then was told I was not who I said I was at the second place they had to tell you I am the person on my drivers license
A little disorganized because the employees are expected to rent this while doing other duties. But an excellent location and they're open 24/7 (I think)

Nothing excellent service and super convenient

The people at this location are completely unorganized. The manager dug through paperwork in his office looking for truck keys, it took them 30 minutes plus to get the lock off the truck. They also charged me an extra day of rental, mileage fee, and didn't provide the furniture pads I had paid for. Uhaul customer service has been very helpful but the people at this location were lazy and decided not to check in my truck for a day as well as charge me extra fees. I'm out funds that I now I have to wait for. Extremely frustrating experience. I will never be doing after hour pick up or drop off again, I'll just take work off to pick up at an actual uhaul establishment.
Terrible wait time, computer trouble, dirty store
Truck had garbage rotten food cigarette packages air leak in cab sounded like a wind tunnel . Tires on trailers had big chunks out of it . Truck rented and milage did not match contract ....
The service and product was great. The location is just not the greatest. Overall, satisfied with the trailer I rented and it was clean. Service was great too.
The truck had a check engine light. We waited hours in a sketchy area for roadside assistance. The mechanic that came out was great, but the situation should not have happened. This was also the second location I had to go to because the first one was a business that closed 5 hours before my reservation time. The directions said there would be a combination box "near the front of the parking lot" and the only thing I could find anywhere near the business were some holes and screws in a pillar where a box might have once been so I was unable to get my original truck. All told, it took about 5 hours after my original reservation time to actually drive away with a truck. As a result, we were unable to load everything in a reasonable amount of time and some things got left behind and I'll have to make multiple 2 hour trips to bring the rest of my stuff in my car. I was specifically told a manager would be calling me after they finished up the call they were on, and now days later still no call. All of the individual people that I spoke with were very kind, but uhaul's customer support infrastructure needs improvement.
Steve was amazing. He was the phone contact that booked our reservation and was at the counter when we picked up the truck and also when we returned it. It was the most efficient experience we have ever had with U-Haul. Thank you. There is nothing I can say that would improve our experience.
never got a chance to visit as our truck was broken and needed towing to every location. Had to have several calls to U-Haul road side assistance and most encounters had time wasted trying to understand your reps that had English as a second language. Because the truck needed towing it caused our time frame to be delayed two days and then U-Haul actually had the audacity to charge us and extra day when it was their truck that broke and needed towing. Worst customer service in the annuls of customer service.
Items rented were not in truck, I was expected to get and load my own items. Staff was not helpful and were unprofessional. I would not pick up here again.
Great service and assistance

After loading the car on to the dolly, I was driving down the interstate when the pin for the crane to lift the trailer on and off your vehicle came out hit the tire and blew the tire. At 108Â° alongside the highway with a speed limit of 75 miles an hour there I was stuck for 1&3/4 hours until the tire got fixed. The gentleman that fixed the tire was awesome.
Only problem I have is that we paid for 12 furniture pads and an extra furniture dolly but it wasn't included with our truck. Ended up getting them elsewhere. Would like a refund, but it's impossible to reach a person with your automated systems.
The u haul customer service person did not come out to assist in hooking up the tow dolly ( although I am knowledgeable on how to do that) I would have thought he would come out to make sure it was hooked up properly and the lights worked properly and that the tires were properly inflated, poor customer service
